Vice President of Business Automation for Prolifics and designer of the application, Salem Hadim, along with Document Automation specialist Arup Datta, cracked open the application to explain how they conceived, designed and built the RPA-powered solution for automating the manual aspects of the Healthcare Pre-authorization process.
After their solution breakdown, the audience, which consisted of IBM User Groups from the Midwest, New England, New York and Public Sector, asked some detailed questions.
