The idea isn’t complicated: provide all the components needed to build robust Automation solutions all in one integrated product.

Join us on Wednesday, August 18 at 1 PM ET for another episode of “Automation Reaction,” where IBM shows something new and then a member of the IBM Community reacts. On Wednesday, IBM’s Swapnil Agrawal, from the DBA SWAT team, will demonstrate a very common automation use case: new customer onboarding. Swapnil will show off the application, which combines content management, workflow, RPA and decisions, working in concert to power this process from end-to-end.
Then we will turn to Michael Custard, Content and Process leader for the State of Minnesota, who has decades of experience guiding teams as they build applications. He’s also the co-president of the Midwest User Group and has been one of the voices calling for IBM to prove the value of its automation strategy by showing how it works in one grand demonstration.
