While AI-powered automation is being touted as an emerging technology for public and private organizations to improve processes, strengthen security and advise employees, IBM Content Services is already incorporating Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to automate document classification and data extraction.

On the next episode of “Two Questions About Automation,” special guest Eileen Lowry, who is Director of Offering Management for IBM Content Services, will answer two questions about the newest offering in Document Automation. Eileen and her team have recently announced the release of IBM Automation Document Processing, a cloud-based, low code, AI-powered document automation solution.

Watch “Two Questions About Automation,” live on Friday, December 4 at 11 AM ET, where I will ask Eileen why AI is the right technology for document processing and what problems it solves?

Then stay for the "Two Questions About Automation Post Show Discussion" at 11:10 AM ET, where Eileen will take your questions live.

When:  December 4, 2020  11 AM ET – Two Questions About Automation followed by the Live Post Show Discussion at 11:10 AM ET, only on IBM ExpertTV.
