Here's a little bit about Fiona...
Hi there, I'm Fiona Jong, a passionate Maintenance Planner at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners at our production facility in Moorabbin. I started this role in October 2022 and have been thoroughly enjoying the learning journey. My background in production planning has provided valuable insight, but working on the maintenance team has given me a new perspective on the bigger picture.
When I was working in production planning, I often felt in the dark about what the maintenance team was up to. They would either request time or sometimes unplanned breakdowns would disrupt the production schedule. However, since joining the maintenance team, I have gained a deeper understanding of the crucial role they play in ensuring seamless production.
At Coca-Cola, we strive for Business Excellence and this is reflected in our daily stand-up meetings where we discuss data from Maximo. As someone who loves data, I am constantly inspired by the stories and insights that Maximo's reports and data reveal.
I am thrilled to announce that I have been appointed as one of the new User Group Leaders and can't wait to share my knowledge and experience with our user group. I am looking forward to hosting the next Maximo User Group on March 15th, 2023 and having engaging conversations about all things Maximo.
