  • 1.  Technician and Inspection customization in Maximo 7.6

    Does anyone know if the Technician and the Conduct an Inspection apps are customizable in Maximo 7.6.1.x? Like can I add new fields?

    I know they are customizable in Manage 8.x through the Maximo Application Framework but I'm not sure if there's a similar tool available on 7.6.1.x.

    You can setup MAF on 7.6.1.x just use the appropriate MAS8 MAF docker image for the version of mobile your running.

    Hi Ryan,

    That's good news. I think the technician app is only available from 7.6.1.2 onwards, no? Do you know if the Work Execution and Work Supervisor can be configured via MAF?

    MAF Application list Mobile 8.11.4
    Sorry I don't have a whole lot of experience with this we are currently looking into ICMOBILE and INSPECTION.
