I'm trying to figure out how to configure notifications in Manage using the Notifications app. I used the SRNOTF notification that came out of the box as an example. It will send notifications whenever an SR status changes to RESOLVED or CLOSED.
I used the Notification User Subscription action to subscribe users to the "channel" and then I resolved an SR on the service Requests app.
I confirmed it created one notification for each subscribed user by checking the User Notification action (the table is OSUSERNOTIFICATION). Each notification has a resource link containing the full JSON to the SR transaction which is great.
My question is where does these notifications show up? I feel like I'm missing a configuration somewhere to tell Maximo how to consume these messages. On the subscription action there's a field for an end point but I'm not sure which endpoint to use. I also noticed there is a Message Template configure on the notificcation containing the SR attributes to use when sending the notifications out (it will probably use the JSON as the source).
