Hi Stephan - Looks like you are running into the errors when syncing. Have you checked logs? To see the logs-
1. Open Navigator menu and navigate Help and Support
2. Choose Log Data action and enable debug logging
If you are not able to see logs after this, logout and login back in the app.

Hello,
I'm trying to install Maximo Mobile for EAM. We are on Maximo 7.6.1.3. Here is what I've done so far.
- Downloaded Maximo Mobile for EAM from Passport Advantage
- Completed the instruction in the "Readme" file
- Downloaded and installed MaximoMobileEAM-1.0.12 desktop Application
- Launch application and put in server address
- Entered in username/password
Issue
- It is stuck on "Setting up (0%) for more than 6 hours
Questions:
- Does anyone know what the problem/solution might be?
- Does anyone know how to configure Maximo Mobile for EAM after it is working?
- Do I need to install another piece of software to configure it?
