    As far as I know, there is no specific MAS mobile app for windows, You can only open those role based apps in browser, which have the same look.

    I think You can try some android emulator.

    Windows subsystem for Android also seems to be going away https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/android/wsa/
