  • 1.  MAS Health End of life card not calculating even if added the most basic formula

    Hi Everyone,

    I was trying to add formula for End of life in MAS Health, but upon trying I was unable to get any value, I already log in and log out also recalculate score but was unable to get any percentage, is this a usual problem? is there a way to fix it? or im doing something wrong?

    I hope anyone knows the reason for this, if ever that its really a current problem in MAS Health is there a way to remove the card?

    Hello! 

    We have MAS8 and health in some test environment. Just tried. We also don't have result.

    INTSTALLDATE is entered, also EOL, so age and EOL should be calculated from current date. It should be out of box, as I understand from here https://www.trmnet.com/2021/12/reliability-in-maintenance-series-leveraging-asset-and-location-elements-in-mas-health/

    Can't find IBM documentation.

    Hi Gyver Rome (if that is your name :) ),

    Since MAS8.11 the End Of Life is calculated based on a proper data set as well as using notebooks in Watson Studio. However there is a possibility to load or add the missing data that is required even front-end or by using a  .csv loader sheet.  See also https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/mas-cd/mhmpmh-and-p-u/continuous-delivery?topic=products-add-missing-data> or https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/mas-cd/mhmpmh-and-p-u/continuous-delivery?topic=started-getting-data-scientists -> STEP 9.

    In previous versions of Health (until Manage V8.6.x) it was calculated by using the default Age or RUL formulas, but that is replaced by Watson Studio notebooks as of version 8.7.x and beyond.

    It isn't made easier to add this date front-end and it requires a lot of extra (OpenShift / Platform) resources and microservices to gt this data added.
