Hi.  It is very nice to meet you here virtually.  Below please find a few resources that may help you with your question:

1. The Cognos Analytics Day help on April 13, 2023 focused on Cognos content only.   It did not include information on the integration with MAS (Maximo Application Suite).    The link for the recording is on this page - which is under the Business Analytics IBM Community (Cognos is in a separate IBM division from Maximo)   To find the exact recording - expand 'webinars' and then expand '2023 webinars'.  If you scroll down 4 or 5 entries - you should see the April 13, 2023 webinar as shown below

2.  If you are looking for technical information on how Maximo enables the integration to Cognos Analytics - this is IBM's documentation link that provides that information

3.  And here is a YouTube Playlist of using Cognos Analytics against Maximo data, along with a blog detailing more information.
