    Hi 

    Encountering this error when we try to start up the IBM Tririga service. Does anyone have any idea what would cause the problem? 

    Caused by: org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Failed to obtain JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: Login failed for user 'tridata_so2'. DSRA0010E: SQL State = 28000, Error Code = 18,456.

    Has the database password for the user tridata_so2 changed? Have a DBA check to make sure the user is valid and the password is what is expected.
