Ask the Expert?

As you are a part of a premier Maximo user group, 'you' have access to an IBM expert, the question is what would you ask them?

At our next User Group meeting we are looking to have an 'Ask the Expert' section. What do you think?

What applications do you need to know more about?

If you knew how a specific application had been designed to work would it help you decide whether to customise or configure?

Do you need to know how the licensing structure works?

Licence structure

I would love to have a definitive answer to the Maximo license models for Express, Limited, Full etc licences. I am very frustrated at receiving different answers from different vendors and even from IBM sales people.
