End of Support Announcement (EOS) for TRIRIGA 10.7, 10.8; TRIRIGA Application Platform 3.7, 3.8; and TRIRIGA CAD Integrator 12.7, 12.8

On September 26, 2023, end of support for IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager (TRIRIGA application) versions 10.7 and 10.8, IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform (TAP) versions 3.7 and 3.8, and IBM TRIRIGA CAD Integrator (CI) versions 12.7 and 12.8 was announced via IBM Announcement Letter AD23-0785.

End of Support for TRIRIGA 10.7 / TAP 3.7 / CI 12.7 will be effective SEPTEMBER 30, 2024

End of Support for TRIRIGA 10.8 / TAP 3.8 / CI 12.8 will be effective APRIL 30, 2025. This brings the EOS for this release in alignment with the expected EOS of TRIRIGA 11.0 / TAP 4.0 / CI 13.0.

Effective on the dates listed above, fixes, patches, and telephone support will no longer be provided for the corresponding TRIRIGA versions, along with the corresponding components and add-ons of the same version.  From now until that date, additional fix packs may be delivered to address critical defects, security vulnerabilities and currency updates. IBM recommends maintaining currency on the latest versions of TRIRIGA versions to ensure you have the latest fixes for known issues.

Customers wishing to receive support beyond those dates can upgrade to supported versions of the TRIRIGA, which can be downloaded from the IBM Passport Advantage site.  Information on support dates of other TRIRIGA versions can be viewed at https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/supported-versions-ibm-tririga-products.

Extended Maintenance is available for TRIRIGA application versions if you are unable to upgrade before the End of Support date
Please note that if you are current on IBM Subscription and Support, are on application version 10.7 and are unable to upgrade before 30 September 2024, or are on application version 10.8 and are unable to upgrade before April 30, 2025, you do have the option to purchase up to two years of Extended Support (the first year of which includes support access for usage, existing, and new critical bug fixes; and the second year which includes support access for usage and existing fixes only, i.e., no defect fixes). For additional details, please visit the
IBM Extended Support page. Note that Extended Support is not available for TRIRIGA Platform versions (e.g., 3.7 and 3.8) or TRIRIGA CAD Integrator versions (e.g., 12.7 or 12.8).
