FAQ: Apptio Help Center Moving to IBM Docs on March 17, 2025

The Apptio Help Center has begun moving to IBM Documents (Docs) site as of March 17, 2025. This transition is part of our integration into IBM’s documentation ecosystem, providing a more seamless and unified user experience when accessing Apptio Help content, and will continue until late April (2025).

What This Means for You

• Starting March 17, all Apptio Help content, including the Targetprocess Guide and Developer Hub, will begin migration to IBM Docs. In the coming weeks, content will begin to be available iteratively
• The Apptio Help Center will remain accessible until late April 2025, after which all links will automatically redirect to IBM Docs site
• Navigation and search improvements in IBM Docs will make it easier to find the information you need on our products
  
  

Accessing Help Content

• Cloudability and Targetprocess users can access Help content on IBM Docs without a login.
• IBM Apptio customers will need an IBM ID to access certain documentation. If you don’t already have an IBM ID, you can register for free here.
  
  

Next Steps

• Begin using IBM Docs for Apptio documentation starting March 17, only using the Apptio Help Center as necessary
• Update any saved bookmarks to reflect the new IBM Docs URLs before the end of April 2025
• Ensure you have an IBM ID if needed for entitled content (IBM Apptio)
