This release includes enhancements to the existing search feature, the file-based connector and other bug fixes. Also included with the release are the Download(file) and Download(SFTP) connectors, which are now available for beta testing.


Preview of the Download connectors

Use the new Download connectors to download data from Apptio. You can copy the data either to a file server or an SFTP folder. There are three connectors available for beta preview:

1. Download (File): Copy the data from Apptio to the customer specified file server.

2. Download (SFTP): Copy the data from Apptio to the customer specified SFTP server.

3. Download (Datadrop): Copy the data from Apptio to the customer specified Datadrop server.


Bug Fixes

• The Datadrop viewer would fail to handle cases when number of files in a folder was more than 1000. This would cause files to go missing.

• When the ‘next page’ button under history was clicked, it would occasionally lead to a flicker.

• For the ServiceNow custom connector, the source period was missing the ‘None’ option.

• The Datadrop connector would fail to pick up files when the filename was in all upper case instead of camel case. The expected behavior is that the file is picked up irrespective of whether the name is upper case or camel case.

• When a search was executed, the pagination would not update correctly.
