DataLink 4.6.0 (Build 7900): Release Notes

This release includes connector group (supporting group check-in) beta release, improved on-premise log management, security improvement and bug fixes.

 

New Features

  • Connector Groups: Support group check-in for multiple connector upload (Beta release) [DL-4711]
  • UX improvement: Provide better messaging when connectors fail due to incorrect FD/R12 info [DL-5009]
  • Agent: Sanitize manager URL in agent configuration [DL-5022]
  • GovCloud Security Improvement: Mitigate JSONP Hacking through API (Breaking change) [DL-4818]
  • Send on-prem agent/engine logs to DL manager [DL-4805]

 

Compatibility

  • DL manager is not compatible with previous DL agent versions.
  • DL engine is not compatible with previous DL manager versions.
  • Upgrade all DL manager, DL agent and DL engine to this same version is required to receive all the features and improvement.

 

Bug Fixes

  • UI: Apptio download connector points to nonexistent help doc [DL-4890]
  • OAUTH2.0: Fix authentication error when downloading data from google sheet [DL-4855]
