DataLink 4.5.7 (Build 7584): Release Notes

This release includes the GA release for the AWS DBR connector, connector execution history, bug fixes and improvements.

 

New Features

  • AWS DBR Connector GA (DBR as separate subtype of AWS connector) [DL-4830]
  • Implement connector execution history and file tracking (Pre-requisite for batch file upload, historical billing, etc.) [DL-4661]

Compatibility

  • DL Manager for this release is NOT compatible with older DL Engine versions
  • DL Engine for this release is NOT compatible with older DL Manager versions
  • DL Manager and Engine must be upgraded to support all new features
  • This release has a breaking change for BMC Discovery connector (EA). To fix the connector, open the connector page to edit and re-select the option for "Select query to use" section and save the connector.
  • This release has a breaking change for existing DBR connectors used in EA environments/instances. Existing connectors must be re-created after the upgrade.

Bug Fixes

  • DBR Connector: DBR tag mapping should not include default source entries [DL-4476]
  • UI: Updated link to "help" article in knowledge base [DL-4835]
  • UI: Preventing toolbar height shift when hovering over "?" icon [DL-4827]
  • REST+ Connectors UI:Hiding "header" and "query" parameters in REST declarative connector setup when appropriate [DL-4797]
  • ServiceNow Connector: Support Jakarta version of ServiceNow [DL-4701]
  • DBR Connector: Fixed bug when setting up multiple DBR connectors [DL-4770]
  • BMC Connector UI: Change BMC Discovery Connector Radio Button from "Applications to Servers" to "Servers to Applications" [DL-4799]
