DataLink 4.4.1 (Build 6454): Release Notes

This release introduces Frontdoor authentication (Learn more) for downloading from Apptio R12.2. It requires an update to the DataLink manager and engine.

 

New Features

  • DL-4010: R12.2 authentication Support for Apptio download/copy connectors within same environment

 

User Interface Changes

  • The Apptio Source and Apptio Destination forms in Apptio connectors give users the option to download from and/or upload to an Apptio R12.2 instance. To download from an R12.2 instance, users still supply an API URL as they did in R11, but can choose to allow DataLink to authenticate through Front Door instead of with basic authentication.

 

Compatibility

  • DL manager and engine must be upgraded to support new features.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Test button fails for R12.2 destinations [DL-4057]
  • ServiceNow reports occasionally not retrieved successfully [DL-4072]
