Automated Upgrade Experience for ApptioOne TBM Studio

We are relaunching a new and improved automated upgrade experience for ApptioOne (TBM Studio) clients.  These will occur automatically on a quarterly basis with our first upgrades taking place next month. Click here for more information on the upgrade process.

The timing of your upgrades will be based on the first letters of your organization’s name, following the schedule below:

• #-Br: 2^nd Weekend of Oct, Jan, Apr, July
• Bs-D: 4^th Weekend of Oct, Jan, Apr, July
• E-I: 2^nd Weekend of Nov, Feb, May, Aug
• J-M: 4^th Weekend of Nov, Feb, May, Aug
• N-So: 2^nd Weekend of Dec, Mar, Jun, Sept
• Sp-Z: 4^th Weekend of Dec, Mar, Jun, Sept

Reach out to your CSM to change the weekend within your upgrade month your upgrade is scheduled to occur. Otherwise, you can expect to be upgraded based on the schedule outlined above moving forward.
