 Add a new request type

I want to be able to intake requests from IT. The Idea entity doesn't contain the fields or workflow I need, so I want to add a new request type called IT Request. How do I do this?

Hi Elisia, Happy New Year!  I have run into a similar issue. You can add a request type or edit existing ones by updating the Request Types from the settings menu (Settings >Request Types (under the configuration section).  Hope this helps!
