Does anyone know if Usage Statistics like in R11 are available in R12.

This is something that is on the road map for R12 but is not yet available.

do you have a rough estimation when it might be available? As the usage analysis of reports is part of our regular TBMO processes, this has quite an impact on our 'upgrade to r12'-decision.

This is a topic that I think is best discussed directly with your CSM.  I know our Engineering team is making it a priority and is actively making progress on it; however, I can't really speak for their timeline on it.  It is a redesign of the functionality, though, so I would guess that it is still a few months away at the least.

Looking forward to seeing when this is available in R12 also - these reports form part of our user's KPIs and so is vital for us

Our CSM was able to hook up the usage database to R12.  It isnt the cleanest thing and you need to type in a different URL but at least we can report on usage in R12.   Contact your CSM and they should be able to hook it up. 

Our CSM was definitely a lot of help here. With their help, we created our own report. 

Hi Matthew, and are you able to self serve with this report of do you need to request the report when you need it?

Some of the data collection I was able to automate via the API. Other data is being fed to us via our CSM on a monthly basis. The report I built myself. 

I'd like to vote this up and have this become an actual report/feature in either Front Door or Cost Transparency R12.

Our team finds a lot of value in being able to tell which reports are being used by specific users.

What better way to decide which reports to promote/improve than with usage analytics?
