I'm doing a User Manual for the App & Service Owners, so they can see the questions they could have on CT and the benefits of using Apptio to solve their questions. Can you give me some posisble questions/reports to consider for this material?

The Value Explorer, available in the menu under Data Advisor in R12, includes these personas and others along with questions each may ask, how Apptio addresses each need, and links to relevant reports.  @Gustavo Gonz

Have you tried utilizing the Data Advisor feature? I allows you to pick reporting attributes and provides details on what out of the box reports are available. Instructor Debbie taught me this one. I can't take credit. :-)

Depending on your version of Apptio it will appear in the main login or under the gear dropdown next to your name at the top right of your screen. You will want to navigate to Apptio Value Explorer and make sure you have chosen "What Apptio Does and & Answers" under the pickers. (as seen in the screenshot) I hope this helps with answering how to find the best reports to look at.

What about using the Apptio Value Explorer?

Hi, it would also be worth running through Apptio Reports for Service & App Owners (12 min) as this is a good expample of that very question and if your looking towards planning, then; Introduction to Service Demand Planning (4 min) . Also have a read of Case Study - Not About Cows  by , makes good reading.
