I am hoping for some direction on obtaining an up-to-date Services Mapping Table for Google Cloud Platform (GCP)...

We have a significant percentage fallout from Cloud Service Provider to ITRT as there is no Sub-Tower against a lot of the line items in the GCP invoice.

--- IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE?---

I believe the solution is to import an updated GCP Services Mapping table, which mapps product SKUs to a Tower and Sub-Tower (among other things).

This page here lead me to believe this table would be updated by someone (from Apptio?) on a monthly basis. Maybe I have misread.

Please share your knowledge or if you are also experiencing this at your organisation - @Tiffany Hu @Jenny Goodwin @Rhonda Keller @Cliff Bird Any ideas?

Have you reached out to the alias cloudmapping@apptio.com about the recent holes within the mapping file?  If so, can you let me know when you did and I'll see if I can follow-up with that team to see

I did have the same issue with some lines for AWS but did what Ryan suggests and emailed them all to cloudmapping@apptio.com
