IBM Cloudability

Hi,

In Cloudability, we have Tower and Sub Tower for the Cloud services. Any insights on how Cloudability generates the tower mapping? and where it is happening. Do we have control to update the mapping? If so, how?

Kindly share some lights on this?

Hi Marimuthu, it is maintained by a separate them in the backend of Cloudability here are the links I found for the mappings they have the latest Taxonomy 3.0 mappings and we are meant to be able to email cloudmapping@apptio.com about any updates we think may be required. I'm unsure how often it is updated

So this mapping is common across all customers right? If I need a change in mapping, is it possible for the Apptio Cloudability team to do this only for me?

                          As far as I'm aware any updates for the mapping should be across all customers but best to check with Apptio. Can you please let know what you find out?
