  • 1.  Change in values over Time

    I have a unique challenge. I am using the Application Investment Objective in a report from a perspective and I am able to report on the YTD values perfectly even if the Investment Objective has changed during the year. 

     

    However, the challenge I have is, to show how it has changed through the year. 

     

    Any thoughts or ideas on it?

    Is the table driving the object date partitioned? Or is there a date column in the data set?

    Do you have the option checked "Show all rows in time-based query" in your perspective?

    We don't often put categorical (non-numeric) data in Values section of the configuration panel, but it's an option to consider:
