 Installing a Dynamic Workload Console version 10.2.1 on Z/OS

Hi, 

We are currently running TWSz V9.5 and we are preparing the migration to V10R1M0
As recommended , first step is to migrate the DWC. 
We run DWC on z/OS V9.5 and will migrate to V10.2.1.
For this new version we have to configure the environment in SSL mode when runnin dwcinst.sh
One of the first steps is "Generate a z/OS certificate" 
The documentation  refers to a Note :

Note: The owner of the SAF key ring (that is, the user ID who runs the EQQINCRT sample JCL located in SEQQSAMP ) must be the same user who runs the controller and server started tasks. 

Because my SEQQSAMP does not contains this member due to its version (V10.1), is there anyone who is able to give me the content of this member.
or to explain a little bit more in detail what has to be generated exactly on z/OS .

I suppose a "RACDCERT GENCERT"

Next step is to export the certificate to a file etc
