    Thank-you for a timely presentation as we are looking at integrating Turbonomic into our existing ServiceNow (SN) processes and it was very clear on how to integrate. I have a couple of questions after reviewing the video post presentation:

    1. Post implementation for SN's Turbonomic Action integration v1.1 and if it needs to be re-installed every time there is an upgrade of SN versions? Are there any co-requirments to be at a certain version level?
    2. We automate thousands of VM resize actions that we want to integrated into SN in a single change with multiple Configuration Items (CI). You stated that there would be one Change for each CI which would become a hightmare for approvers unless pre-approved records were imployed. Can we create one record with mulitple CI's?
    3. What happens if the action executes and the VM fails to start. How would that status be recorded in the change record? How would I know in Turbonomic console? In the past Turbonomic would not show the action execution as failed or successful.

    @Christopher David Torunian

    1. No need to re-install.
    2. By default it is 1 action = 1 CR.  If you want 1 CR for multiple actions and CI's, then you would require to build custom business rules in SNOW.
    3. If the action fails in Turbo in will show the detail in Turbo as to why the action failed.  That will also get updated in the CR with the reason for the failed action

    Hi David, just seeing your questions now.  Glad to answer any other questions you have about ServiceNow and Turbonomic on our weekly call.  As I helped Anand with the answers he provided you in his reply.  Here is a link to the new IBM documentation we have about this integration for reference: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/tafs/1.1

    Thanks
