Favourite feature: Zone import. I migrated my zones from Cloudflare to NS1 and it was a smooth procedure to validate my zone files and import them into NS1. I appreciated the documentation on this feature, and the included procedure on that page.

Least favourite feature: broken links on IBM pages that describe NS1, which direct to ns1.com. Currently the ns1.com site is down for all pages except the root, and does not provide any information. I presume this is due to IBM's acquisition of NS1 and subsequent transfer of web resources. This is a very minor disappointment. I'm listing it because I have no other feature to dislike about NS1 :)

Honourable mention: I appreciate the level of control that NS1 provides. I have been disappointed with both basic nameserver products offered by registrars, and parasitic multi-function nameserver products offered by content delivery networks. Neither offers a pure feature-complete hosted nameserver product. NS1 does however, and I am very satisfied.
