  • 1.  Filter Chain Resetting?

    I'm trying to use NS1 weighted filters as part of a demo to a customer and I can...

    • Look at my usage and see I'm using 0 of 1 available filters
    • Go to a A record, select "Create Filter Chain", select "Weighted Shuffle", save
    • Look at my usage and see I'm now using 1 of 1 available filters
    • Then count to 10 in my head, hit refresh on by browser (on either the A record or the usage screen)... and the filter is gone!

    What do I need to do to make that filter stick?

    Hi Eric,

    The filter chain should be saved. Can you log a support case, we need access to your account for further investigation.

    Hi Duong.  Sorry, it was our bad.  We had a client overwriting the filter chain.   Once we fixed that, we were good.  Sorry for any confusion.
