  • Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps 3.5 release

For those of you that missed it. AIOps 3.5 was released on the 30th of September.

    Product enhancements

IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps v3.5 builds upon enhancements delivered in versions 3.3 and 3.4 released earlier this year. IBM is excited to bring forward a refined AIOps user experience to our customers and to continue to bring simplicity and a strong focus around consumability to the AIOps market. Version 3.5 delivers on the promise to serve organizations with dozens, hundreds or thousands of applications with improvements to our key features:

    • View contextualized insights into an organization's noise reduction, runbook usage, automated actions and mean-time-to-resolve (MTTR) trends.
    • Set "Quiet Time" for event analytics.
    • Suppress seasonality events in hybrid deployments.
    • View enhanced events and alerts, relevant information and associated runbooks that can be used with existing IBM Netcool® components deployed in production.
    • Use a bidirectional connector that provides IBM Netcool® interoperability and data sync with newer Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps user-views and value-add functionalities in a production environment.
To find out more about these enhancements, a replay of a recent webinar can be accessed using the link associated with this post.
