As IBM’s largest technical learning event of the year, I am excited to host 3 sessions that I hope you will join me for:
- The first is session 2246: Enhancing Support Centers with Service Automation, where I am honored to be joined by Kymberly Hieber, Technical Director, PSS Operations and Mariandrea Gateron, Senior Manager of Passenger Service Systems Integrations, both from United Airlines, for a discussion on how to navigate the future of AI and automation in support services.
- The next, session 3409: Transforming IBM Support client experience and improving Support Engineers productivity through AI & Automation, I will talk more about how IBM Support is transforming by leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and most importantly, enhance client experience
- The third, session 3689: Women in Tech mentoring circle, the goal is to provide an on-going forum for technical professionals to meet and discuss topics related to career growth. Join me and other women across IBM for this session to learn more about the IBM TechXchange Mentoring Circle program and sign up to be part of the program that extends beyond just this event.
