    I have been told by Coursera that the offer for the "1 month of select specializations or professional certifications on the following AI, ML, and data science courses..." for attendee's of The Digital Developer Conference Data & AI, November 2020 is not available for attendees from India. Is this correct? Is IBM offering courses to attendees from select countries?

    It's not available to attend from India.

    Same here (Texas, USA) - I've actually been trying for the last month but either they discontinued the promotion or it was never a legitimate offer in the first place. I've contacted both Coursera and IBM support but each only directs me to the other.
