Getting Started

Welcome to the IBM AI Community, a collaborative space where clients, partners and IBMers come together to share experiences and knowledge, empower one another, and grow their expertise.

We invite you to share your voice and take full advantage of the resources and expertise offered in these Communities.

Step 1

  • Join the Community:If you haven't already done so, join IBM Community by clicking the blue "Sign in or Join the Community" button at the top of this page. After signing up with your IBM ID (you'll have the opportunity to create one if necessary), navigate back to the AI Community homepage.


Step 2

  • Complete Your Profile: Use your IBM Community profile to its full potential in order to build a more vibrant network! Add a profile photo, share your company name and more.

  • Contribute your Knowledge and Insights
    • Start a Discussion: Share best practices with fellow AI practitioners and product users or ask the IBM experts for help or advice. Please be aware that your first post will need to be approved by an admin, but future posts will not require moderation.
    • Write a Blog: Craft a story about your experience using a AI product, share a lesson you've learned or offer tips and tricks to other  product users. We're always looking to share our members' insights and knowledge! Reach out to support@communitysite.ibm.com for more details.

  • Grow your Expertise and Eminence
    • Earn Points and Badges: Learn how to get rewarded for engaging in the Community and performing actions that create value for your peers.
    • Find a Peer: Browse the Community directory and start collaborating with peers and product experts.
