My Name is Fossong Guilianno, a postgrad student in petroleum geoscience. I am excited to be part of this forum. Please, I have this challenge trying to create a knowledge studio project. I am currently using the IBM cloud free plan because I can't afford the paid plan. Each time I try creating the project, I receive this message

Please I need your help. I need the knowledge studio to build a customized cognitive computing system specifically for reservoir studies. This is my research project, and I can't go further without access to this knowledge studio. Please I will appreciate any advice or support as to how I can scale through this challenge. Thank you
