    Hello,

    We were using personality insights as an aditional source for information for NLP. We saw that it was going to be deprecated (sunsetting) but we thought it will be available until december 2021.

    But now it seems not to be available in IBM cloud , is it possible to still use it? How?

    Good day, our team has experience the same issue and had the same understanding, looping into this conversation as we have no idea with whom to follow up and resolve. Glad to know we are not the only ones with the same issue.

    We also have the same problem, except we can't upgrade to a higher plan. Would appreciate a response, and some guidance on how we can upgrade our plan until the December deadline.
