Hi Charlotte. There was a problem with an expired SSL certificate on the subscription licensing server that has been fixed. Please try again and let us know if you are still experiencing difficulties.

Subject: URGENT: IBM SPSS claims to have no internet connection
Since yesterday evening, I receive an error, whenever I try to log in into my SPSS trial version.
Firstly, IBM SPSS asks me to log in again, which it has never done before. Secondly, after trying to log in, an error occurs which states that an internet connection is required. However my internet connection works just fine. It is the same error which is described under the following lin: Internet Access error when attempting to use SPSS Statistics Trial

The key difference is that my internet connection generally works fine. It is only SPSS which causes probelems.
The software version I have installed is 28.0.1.1 (15). I have also already turned off and on my computer several times. Also, I have de-installed and re-installed SPSS to my computer.
So I was wondering whether you could help me.
