Hi @Meni Berger,
I worked with our statisticians on this and we believe you have found a defect. We have filed defect #7618 for the `GLM /MMATRIX` issue, and it will be triaged later this week. Thanks for pointing this out.
Regards,
Curtis

Hi Meni. I have reached out to our statisticians in India. It may take a day to allow them to research this in their daytime, but someone will respond here.

Ok, I got it. Do you have any example of how to define an MMATRIX in Syntax? all my efforts were ineffective.

Hi @Meni Berger,
The Transformation Matrix checkbox was removed in 2019 at the recommendation of our lead statistician at the time. I searched the code and found a change there that led to a work item in which our statistician said:
Because the dialogs don't allow specification of any transformations of dependent variables, the transformation matrix printed will always be an identity matrix, so printing it is pretty much useless. Since MMATRIX must be specified in command syntax, it doesn't seem useful to produce the identity matrix, nor too much of a burden to ask the user who specifies MMATRIX to specify printing of the results if checking is desired. Discussed with Rick M. and he agreed we probably should just take this option out of the dialog.
I don't purport to know whether that was a correct decision or not, but if you disagree we can pull in one of our new statisticians to discuss this in greater detail.

Hello, distinguished comrades.
Not long ago the Repeated Measure GLM had a Transformation Matrix checkbox on the option button dialogue.
I am using version SPSS 29.0.2 and the Transformation Matrix checkbox is gone.
Does someone know how to print it using syntax or some other method of producing it?
Thanks!
