Is this the proxmity score matching extension?  Pretty sure Jon peck is the developer & there is a help section that has documentation.  I also recently have both a R & python block doing something similar if that would be helpful.

I'd guess that the user is referring to PROXSCAL or a similar procedure.  If it is PSM, I can help.

Thank you for your response. This appears as a stand-alone procedure in SPSS 29. I could not find any documentation in help. I am attaching a picture from SPSS analyze menu.

I don't have any such menu on my system.  I wonder whether you are referring to one of Kirill Orlov's macros.  If you paste the syntax, maybe I can identify it.

PROXSCAL, ALSCAL, and PROXIMITIES might all also be possibilities.  They are documented in the Command Syntax Reference and to some degree in the Algorithms doc.  Proximities appears under Correlation > Distances.

Hi @Frank, it appears that the menu item for the ProxMap procedure (planned for the next release after v30.0.0) was inadvertently added to the Analyze menu in the 29.0.2.0 update. Apologies for the confusion, it will be there, but not until the next release.
