I am a PhD student at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Sofia, Bulgaria. I created an account on the IBM Academic Initiative by using my work e-mail (jsmilev@uni-sofia.bg). I tried to download the SPSS Modeler software but when I click the "Download" button a window comes up that says "Requested resource is currently unavailable, please try again later!"
I would like to ask for your assistance!

What is the URL of the site from which you are trying to download the software? Have you opened a Technical Support request?
