    Dear community,

    I am exploring the IBM Watson Assistant functionalities with my students for their chatbot lecture. They will set up assistants, which I will later on grade. For this, I would like to know whether the preview link that is produced for their individual assistant will still be working even after 30 days of inactivity by the students, who will work on this with free lite accounts?

    Hello Judith,

    Lite plans are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. To ensure that the lite plan remains active you need to ensure that message api's are sent to the Watson Assistant Service. Keep in mind however about the Lite Plan Limits if you exceed the lite plan limits the plan gets suspended

    • Up to 1,000 unique monthly active users (MAUs) chatting with your assistant
    • Up to 10,000 messages per month
