Licensed user gets error trying to start SPSS 29 for the first time.

    Hi - I've assigned a user a license for SPSS Statistics 29, and have resolved the lock code in License Center. However, the user is encountering this error when they start the program. How should we proceed? Thanks!

    Shows the error code that appears when user tries to use SPSS.

    Hi Megan. I found somthing that could help.

    No licenses found for IBM SPSS Statistics 29. ErrCode=1 SubCode=18 | SPSS Statistics is not the same error, but it´s similar...
