    Hi, I need some help,

    I'm a student, after install SPSS29 with my activation code I get an error when starting SPSS 

    I'm using macOS Ventura 13.7.1 and I can't find any information about this issue...

    Hi @João Pinto

    • Yes, IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.2.0 is supported on macOS 13.x.x (Ventura)
    • The message you are seeing indicative of the "IBM SPSS Statistics" (the graphical interface 'frontend') process and the "spssengine" (the execution engine 'backend') process not being able to communicate with one another.  On macOS, this is usually due to the local firewall.  Please make sure these two processes can communicate with one another.
