Global AI and Data Science

Greetings I am new here IBM community, For years I have wanted to build a DataCenter, near Artesia, NM I think since we are physically located in a central location in America.  I think this location is prime space for a DataCenter.  There are many factors I would like discuss, Initial Investment, Service Revenue, and D/C Management. The area's weather does get pretty hot, and winters are similarly cool.  Advise on how I would proceed, would be invaluable to me.  I've located an industrial location, I think would be prime space, I would focus on AI/AR/XR, spatial computing industry.  Providing cloud based edge services. Any advice would be highly appreciated.  Thank you!

Such a project will require extensive system analysis and design with extensive focus on the DC BMS HVAC system. Electrical grid feed diversity, emergency power generators cable management hardware and software system to manage Cat6, Fiber and power. Smart PDU's with humidity & heat sensors.
