I am doing my dissertation about blockchain in food industry traceability and I am looking for individuals that have a deep knowledge on this topic. What I need is to ask some questions for my primary research. The questions will be mostly about blockchain technology (4-7). An ethical form will be sent to complete before answering the questions. My university is University of the West of Scotland and if anyone can advice me on this would be appreciated.
