  • 1.  dataset close all doesn't work with SPSS 28

    Hello

    I am using SPSS 28, I noticed, with dataset close all. no spss data window will be closed .

    can someone help me with it? 

    NEW FILE.
    DATASET CLOSE ALL.

    There are two things to say.  Closing a dataset does not necessarily remove it from the session.  From the CSR...
    If ALL is specified, all associations with datasets are broken. All the datasets except the active dataset and their data windows are closed and no longer available in the session. This includes datasets that have been declared (DATASET DECLARE) but have not been used yet. The active dataset remains active but has no name.

    Second, there is a bug with closing datasets in V28 that has been resolved in the forthcoming fix pack.
