Authorization Code Expired before I could use it

    I recently renewed my SPSS license. I received an authorization code via email. Unfortunately I was not able to input the authorization code before it expired (about a month ago). How do I get a new code?

    Support Member​ Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, authorization code, email address, etc. need to be handled through either a normal support ticket or via the SPSS Licensing support page.

     

    A) If you have a normal support contract, open a ticket on:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/

    and use your IBM customer number ICN.

     

    B) If you do not have a support contract, go to:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/forumshome?language=en_US

    and use the blue button called “Open a case”. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, etc.) so that we can immediately process your request.
