Dear all, it must be a bug in my version of AMOS 29. I have analyzed the same models with JASP, an ultimate friendly software (open access), and no problems were generated. After reinstalling AMOS 29: same problems. I must switch to JASP.

Hi Gert, https://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/ provides fixes, so you could check there (I can't find any fix relevant to your question, by the way).
I don't know how you input your data.... If you start off from a covariance matrix (rather than a cases/variables dataset), maybe a typo in the specifications? Or, how do other fit statistics look like, eg RMSEA? Or, what do the Modications Indices tell you, is there a parameter with a very large Modification Index? Just my two cents on it... Regards, Jos.

Who can help me?
I use AMOS 29. If I set up and run a new model, everything runs well. When I run it again, the program produces incredible large Chi square numbers. Was also the case with 28. Is there a bug, did I miss a fix?
Thank you in advance
