ACS 1.1.94 connection issues

    We upgraded to ACS Session Manager 1.1.94(IBM i Access Client Solutions) and get MSGSOCK007 Could not connect. (connction refused: connect) however if we use ACS session manager 1.1.92 the connection works. What are we missing??
