IBM TechXchange Pre-Conference watsonx Hackathon

The Challenge

How can generative AI technology improve productivity of an important everyday activity?
Identify a real-world business or societal process or task and present your innovative proof of concept for how that activity could be streamlined using generative AI.

Participants will be able to follow one of two paths in this hackathon:

• Build a generative AI application for a use case supporting productivity with IBM watsonx.ai
• Improve productivity with day-to-day tasks using IBM watsonx Orchestrate

Each path will get teams familiar with watsonx and what it can do, so that you can apply what you learn and create a proof of concept solution for an original way to use watsonx.

Prizes

• 1st place team: Tickets, including travel and lodging, to: IBM TechXchange Conference 2024 , October 21-24, 2024 ​
  Mandalay Bay | Las Vegas​
• 2nd place team: Apple AirPods Pro
• 3rd place team: watsonx hoodies
