FOLKS... it is here! Mistral Large is available in the IBM watsonx platform!

Last May, we announced a strategic partnership with Mistral AI.

The first step in this collaboration is to bring their SOTA commercial model, Mistral Large, to our platform and make it available to all our customers. It is the most powerful model of the Mistral AI family.

Mistral Large has incredible features:
1. Top-tier reasoning for high-complexity tasks
2. Fluent in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and strong in code
3. Context window of 32k tokens, with excellent recall for retrieval augmentation
4. Native function calling capacities, JSON outputs
5. Concise, useful, unopinionated, and fully modular

It is available on IBM Cloud and coming to on-premises very soon as well. Read the press release.

This addition joins other Mistral Open Source models also available on our platform, and we will continue to bring the best and foster this collaboration with the excellent Mistral team.
